1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including but not limited to E-books, downloadable PDFs, and digital templates, are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and the download link has been provided, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or credit.

2. No Refunds on Professional Services

Fees paid for publishing services—including editing, manuscript evaluation, interior formatting, and cover design—are nonrefundable. These fees compensate our team for the time and professional labor dedicated to your project.

• Once work has begun on a service, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including a change of mind or a decision to withdraw a manuscript from publication.

3. Physical Book Purchases

• Direct Sales: If you purchase a physical book directly from our website, all sales are final.

• Damaged Items: if a physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@sunshineandfaithpublishing.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will be happy to send a replacement copy at no additional cost to you.

• Third-Party Retailers: If you purchased one of our titles through a third-party retailer (such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or a local bookstore), please refer to that specific retailer’s return policy. We cannot process returns for books bought through external vendors.

4. Event or Consultation Cancelations

Deposits or fees paid for scheduled consultations or live events are non-refundable. However, at our sole discretion, we may allow you to reschedule your session if you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

5. Chargebacks
